An international, multilingual, service-oriented team

European Digital Services Representative (EDSR) is a private limited liability company incorporated under Belgian law, acting as legal representative for the DSA, the TCOR and the e-Evidence Package. We work with experts in law, IT, security and risk management.

Why EDSR exists

The DSA, TCOR and e-Evidence each come with their own scope, requirements, deadlines and rules for legal representation. For providers without an EU establishment, navigating these obligations across multiple frameworks can quickly become complex.

EDSR was created to make EU legal representation simple. One specialised team in Brussels, at the heart of the EU, bringing together DSA, TCOR and e-Evidence representation under one roof and providing a trusted interface with competent EU authorities.

We combine legal expertise with an international mindset and a genuine passion for client service. Responsive, pragmatic and easy to work with, we bring the same professionalism to every interaction, whether with our clients or with regulators.
